All products and orders are non-refundable, therefore please read product listings in full and reach out to support@stayathomeactivitymom.com prior to purchasing.

Shipping
The Play at Home Preschool program and Stay at Home Activity Mom printables are digital download, printable products that do not physically ship.
Subscription orders are batched by theme then ship out all together around the 15th of the month.
Your FIRST subscription ship date depends on when you subscribed:
Orders placed between 1st and the 10th of the month will ship around the 15th of that month.
Orders placed between the 11th and the end of the month will ship around the 15th of the next month.
For example:
- New subscriptions placed between January 1- 10: your first kit will ship around January 15th.
- New subscriptions placed between January 11-31: your first kit will ship around February 15th.
In-stock, non-subscription orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days after your order is placed.
Pre-orders will ship by the date included in the product listing.
